Ryan Burnett
Ryan Burnett is a Managing Director at New Height Energy and brings nearly 20 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on the upstream sector across investment banking, management consulting, and oilfield services.
Education & honors
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.
Job experience
Ryan was most recently a Managing Director in the energy investment banking group at TPH&Co., where he advised public and private oil and gas companies and private equity sponsors on upstream M&A transactions. Prior to that, Ryan was a Vice President in the upstream energy investment banking group at Wells Fargo Securities. Ryan has led and executed more than 50 upstream transactions across the United States totaling over $20 billion in value. Earlier in his career, Ryan held roles at KPMG and Baker Hughes focused on energy strategy, operations, and engineering.
