Brady Rutledge
Brady Rutledge joined New Height Energy Management as a Production Superintendent in December 2022. His career spans over 15 years as an oil and gas operator, playing a key role in leadership, asset development and management, and strategic planning for both private equity backed and independent corporations.
Education & honors
Brady holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Tarleton State University.
Job experience
Prior to joining New Height Energy, Brady served as Production Superintendent for Relentless Permian Operating from 2018 to 2022. He began his career as a Lease Operator and Well Tech with Plantation Petroleum Company IV from 2009 to 2011, then moved to Plantation Petroleum Company V where he served as Production Foreman before ultimately rising to Operations Manager from 2011 to 2018.
